We believe quality can be given in lower prices. Hence, direct savings to our customers.


3.) Once I placed an order when will I receive my delivery?
Our Priority is you should receive your delivery as soon as possible. It can take up to 2-5 working days once order has been placed and up to 5 working days in busy periods, offers or stock clearance. For urgent deliveries please select fast shipment at check out which can take upto 1-3 working days depending upon city of destination.


4.) How do I know my size before I placed an order?
For your convenience we have allocated size charts in every product description. It can also be done by consulting your previous


5.) What if I order wrong size or it does not fits me?
You don’t need to worry, just call our return department at 0334-2155559 Mon-Sat 10am-6:30pm and our team member will be able to assist you.


6.) Do I have to pay the return postage cost?
Yes, Goods exchange, returns and refunds you have to pay Delivery Charges. 
unless it’s fault from our side. 


7.) How do I receive my refund?
Firstly, you need to send the product back in it’s original form and tags to the following address.

Once item is received, reimbursement can take upto 7 working days through Bank Transfer or Easy Paisa.


8.) How long do I have to inform you regarding size issue or if I have any other problems?
You should claim any issues within 14 days of item being delivered. After this time span your queries won’t be entertained.
